Simply Thanksgiving card with diecut

Fan Mail Friday - Griffinites Give Week 2

Hello friends,

Happy Friday to you! We hope that you are all safe  and sound with the weather! We have wonderful mail to share with you today. Thank you for everything that you sent in this week.

Let’s catch up!

Vickey is helping us decorate our entryway table! Her beautiful Simply Thanksgiving Card shows how you can mix older items from your craft room with the new!

Irene sent this beautiful card made with some of our first stamp sets. She also stamped some of the prettiest tulips to create a lovely Just For You card.

Candis sent in this excellent thank you card made with Simply Thanksgiving, diecuts and our Grateful Paper Dolls. It’s a testament to the fact that all of our products mix and match beautifully!

Seeing how thoughtful and giving this group is is a beautiful thing. We are so pleased to gift Cathy’s sponsored ticket this week to Cynthia Richmond.

This week Michelle Watson in South Florida wants to pay it forward and gift a ticket to Create 10. She knows the value of the event and we love to see her generosity.

To win this week’s ticket, we want to know how does creativity impact your life? How does being with likeminded people bring you joy? Tell us about it in the blog comments.

A circular emblem with "The 10th Annual Anna Griffin Create At Home" inscription surrounded by a floral background.

We will announce our winner next week. If you would like to sponsor someone to attend Create 10, please contact our customer service team! We will help you pay it forward!

Our Create 10 event is on sale through September 30 for $450! It’s a great time to secure your spot to the crafting event of the year!

My life has been tremendously blessed and extremely fulfilled by crafting and being creative. I’m inspired every day to craft and create something that inspires and brings joy to others. What started out as a hobby has allowed me to express my creativity and has turned into a purpose. I have a card ministry where I send 40 to 50 cards on a monthly basis to people who are facing serious health and aging issues, as well as college students. I have witnessed the positive impact it has had and it supports my commitment to servicing others.

I have benefited from other creative crafters and hopefully given back as well somehow. I’m inspired by their creativity and willingness to share. This awesome crafting community has allowed me to grow not only as a crafter but as a person. Shared ideas have produced another branch in my tree of life. It has cultivated ideas that have challenged me, supported me, celebrated me, and sustained me all because of creativity’s sake. It would be my privilege and honor to be a recipient of the Create 10 gift.

Crafting, to me, is a way to leave a lasting impact on those who we care about the most. When I think back over some of the projects that have meant the most to the people who have received them, they weren’t necessarily my “best” creations. I think about the gingerbread house explosion card that reappears every year on my family’s bookshelf next to the Christmas tree, the napkin rings that allow for interchangeable die cuts for each season, the paper basket sitting in my mom’s bathroom, the scrapbook I made chronicling my parents’ recent European cruise. I picture the joy in my mom’s eyes when I hand her an envelope containing a card that she knows I have spent time and effort creating. These small tokens allow me to show those I care about that they are important to me and to leave a tangible piece of myself with them, maintaining a connection.

This is why events such as Create, AGTV, and local community groups are so important. They bring people together and allow us to share our craft (no pun intended) in the spirit of connection and friendship.

Very lovely creations everyone. I cannot wait for Create 10 especially the boxes to see what we will be doing those 3 days. See everyone at Create. Everyone have a great day and week and may God bless you all.

I have a Create ticket and can’t wait for the boxes to arrive. I spend hours every day creating in my office (craft room). I really do get lost for hours. However it must be said that in order to do so I always have to have my chores done . Upon completion of said chores I can completely relax and create. I thank Anna for all the products and inspiration that I get from products, videos, and people. My life is full of joy when I get lost.
