We know how much you enjoy making scenes with paper, so we created the 3D Garden Arch Scene Dies just for you! These beautiful dies cut, emboss and engrave gorgeous details and allow you to make the loveliest scenes on your paper projects. These 6 dies will work together to make incredible cards for weddings, birthdays and so much more. If you don’t have these dies, then you can get them on sale on our website this week. We have an amazing project to make with you today.
Let’s get to crafting!
First cut a piece of matte foil cardstock (we used ice blue) with the garden arch die and the flowers in a lavender paper.
Add another arch diecut behind your first one to create a shadow effect. We used a dark purple cardstock (from Handsome Perfect Palette Cardstock). Offset it just slightly.
Add the layered arch to the middle of your card layer with foam adhesive.
Next, add the flowers you cut earlier in lavender and green behind the garden arch.
Add your floral stickers behind the diecut flowers, and place some of the flowers on the front of the arch, and a butterfly (from the Kirigami Scene Card Toppers) to the top left corner.
Then, add the topiaries on both sides of the bottom of your card with foam adhesive.
For finishing touches, add a flower hanging down from the top of your arch.
Now, you have an elegant card t0 send birthday wishes.
This die set works to create so many different, amazing cards. Try cutting our Gold Matte Foil Cardstock and layer on the flowers.
Add our pretty Climbing Vine Diecut Embellishments to have flowers cascade down your arch. Place a beautiful scene in the background of your card.
Add details like this bistro table from our Tour Eiffel 3D Dies for added interest.
A frame layer, sanded embellishments and pretty flowers make the perfect card to send to a friend!
The Garden Arch 3D Scene Dies are so much fun to use on your paper projects. We hope that you loved today’s project as much as we did, and we can’t wait to see your interpretation of these cards! Today’s tutorial will be available to you for one week, and then it will be archived along with hundreds of step by step how to’s in Finishing School. Enjoy!
